A little bio on each dog
YAHBOO is a 6 1/2 year old Yukon Husky bred by
Kevin Slater and Polly Mahoney of
Mahoosuc
Guide Services. She runs mainly lead, single or
with a partner. Yahboo has a great spirit. Hard
working  and so anxious to please.  She is very
sweet and gentle, extremely playful and just loves
all the other dogs and everyone else's too!!  Very
devoted to me.  Good gee haw leader.   A strong
lefty ,but works hard to stay on the gee side of the
trail. Very savvy open country dog.  Very
trustworthy and reliable.  I hope to breed Yahboo
when she next comes into head.  She is a really
great dog in obedience classes.

at leading, in single lead or with a partner.  She is
very athletic and light on her feet, has a very fun
personality and is just a super, loving dog.  She is
very devoted also and is good with gee haw
commands.  Yahboo is her best friend and they just
love running lead together.  She lives with
Washakie and are absolutely the best of friends.

Frozen Biffarooni or known as "Biffa" to his friends. He is a 8
year old Alaskan Malamute bred by Gail Castonguay of Misty
Paks Alaskan Malamutes.  He is just a big LOVE. You couldn't get
a dog more laid back than Biffa!  Very consistent, works very
hard and is always happy.  He isn't the fastest dog on the team,
but he is 100% reliable. Good natured and very handsome!  Biffa
also leads single or with a partner. When I need him to lead it's
usually for a good reason.  I call him my "go home" dog.... as he
will always get us back home or to our truck no matter what.  He
is all business.  He is not as sure footed or confident as the
others, so I baby him a bit.... but he just loves to run
and when he smiles back at me, he just melts my heart.
Latisha, better known as "Tisha".  She is a 8 year old
Alaskan Malamute and sister to Biffa.  She is a tiny peanut, but
she has a huge personality.  She is full of energy, never tires,
pulls wicked hard and always has a great attitude.  She is a
great, hard working team dog.  She has lead for me from time
to time.  Tisha really has a hunger to learn new stuff and does
very well in obedience.  She is always seeking to please me
and is very devoted.
Tisha has her CGC certification.
Washakie ! Also known as "Sharky-Bob"
because he had wicked large teeth as a puppy!  He
is a 2 year old Alaskan Malamute bred by Nathalie
Roy and Pierre  Thibault of
Nordiclight Alaskan
Malamutes
from Canada.  He is an absolute
sweetheart, already in harness and proving himself
to be a good worker. Very gentle, quiet, yet playful
and loving.  He is nice and leggy and is well put
together.  I have no doubt that he will get his turn in
lead.  Pulls hard and loves a faster pace.  It is really
easy to get him to pick up the pace.....
Washakie has his CGC certification.
DIVA is an 10 year old Alaskan Malamute bred by
Gail Castonguay of Misty Paks Alaskan
Malamutes.  I adopted Diva 4 years ago.  Diva has
turned out to be an exceptional leader, coming
from wheel position in her previous team to being
one of my best leaders. She runs single lead a lot
and loves it!  Not only is she a hard working and
talented sled dog, she is a wonderful mom to her
pups Zudnick, Tonka and Zsa Zsa and has
excelled in obedience both at beginner level and
advanced. She is a very well behaved dog, great
with other teams and extremely loving and
devoted.  har to believe she is still running lead
and still running well and keeping a good pace
infront of
much younger dogs.
Diva has her CGC certification
TONKA, sometimes known as Tonki-Donkey as he
does have a stubborn streak him. He is a 5 year old
Alaskan Malamute.   Son of Diva and Sasquatch, he is
an absolute sweetheart. He is my caretaker, always
keeping one eye on me.  He is a great sled dog, loves to
run lead, mainly with a co-leader. He sets a fast pace
and is very well behaved with other teams.  He is a very
social dog, mild mannered and very playful.  He is also
very handsome!  When he isn't working hard on the
team, he just loves to snuggle up for as much lovin' as
he can get.  He has done well in obedience, by some
miracle and will be attempting advanced classes this
Summer.
Tonka has his CGC certification
ZUDNIK is a 4 year old Alaskan Malalmute.  Son of Diva
and Sasquatch and brother to Tonka and Zsa Zsa.  He
is an absolute "love". A big, gentle teddy, just like his
papa.  He is an awesome sled dog.  Consistent worker,
pulls extremely hard and keeps a very good pace.  He
LOVES to work and run and his best place is at wheel,
though he is really good in lead.  He and I work well
together and when he is at wheel, he takes on more
than his share of the work!  In the yard, he has
boundless play, while a big dog, he is so light on his feet
and athletic.    Since being a pup, his favorite thing to do
is to climb up onto your lap and cuddle like a true lap
dog..  He listens well and is just a joy to be with, I often
call him my "best buddy", because he truly is.
Zudnik has his CGC certification
ZSA ZSA is a 5 year old Alaskan Malamute and
sibling sister to her brothers - Tonka and Zudnik.
Daughter of Diva and Sasquatch.  Zsa Zsa, like her
brothers, is a really loving dog. She is smart and very
hard working.  She just loves to run, especially
around other teams and is always so excited to get
on the trail. She runs mainly in team position or at
wheel.  She has lead for me from time to time.  She
doesn't seem to mind where she is on the team.  Zsa
Zsa has boundless energy and always gives 100%.
She loves to cuddle and is always ready to sit on you
for some one-on-one.  She's a very happy girl, gets
on well with her team mates and is very devoted to
me.  This season she has been running lead with
Tonka and is doing well in that position
Zsa Zsa has her CGC certification
GYPSY-ROSE A 2 year old Hedlund Husky from Alaska.  A
peaceful, loving addition to my kennel.  On her first run in
harness she lead the team back to the truck alongside her
best buddy, Yahboo.  She is very smart, listens well and just
loves to run.  Second time in harness I actually hooked her
up in lead from the beginning, she held a nice line out after
a little coaching and took to her role infront of the team as if
she had done it many times before.  Rosie was born to lead
and that position is where she is happiest. She has
astounded me with her natural talent and work ethics.  As
tough as she is in lead, her second best thing to do is be in
the house, sleeping on the bed next to me.
